Bookings and Reservations
Booking Platform: All bookings are securely processed via Peek Pro. By completing a reservation, you also accept Peek Pro’s Terms of Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
1. Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
2. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through Peek Pro. A receipt and confirmation email from Madison Trolley Company, LLC or Peek Pro will be sent to the email address provided by you.
Payment
1. Methods: Payment can be made using major credit cards and other options supported by Peek Pro.
2. Security: We do not collect or store your payment details; transactions are securely processed through Peek Pro.
3. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
1. Customer-Initiated Changes: You may cancel or reschedule your booking in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at checkout on the Peek Pro platform.
2. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are issued through Peek Pro and typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. No refund will be provided to any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
a. You must request a refund 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure to obtain a refund. Refund requests made 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure may be provided credit towards future trolley tours.
3. Company Cancellations: Madison Trolley Company, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to inclement weather, mechanical issues, low attendance, road closures or blockages, traffic, weather conditions, police or fire activity, or power failures, etc. In such cases, you will be offered the option of either a full refund or rescheduled date.
Tour Participation
1. Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your ticket.
2. Minors: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Conduct: Madison Trolley Company, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who poses a safety risk, is disruptive, appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, is deemed to put the experience of other passengers at risk, or is uncooperative or disrespectful toward any passenger or Madison Trolley Company, LLC employee.
a. Refusing service may mean denying boarding, and/or discharging passengers from the trolley at the nearest safe location. Passengers discharged from the trolley become responsible for their own transportation.

4. Likeness: Madison Trolley Company, LLC may require participants to sign a likeness waiver, which permits Madison Trolley Company, LLC to use the participant’s likeness, image, and voice to be recorded in any media and to be used by Madison Trolley Company, LLC, in any publications, media, or technology now known or thereafter developed in the future for any lawful purpose included but not limited to Madison Trolley Company, LLC’s financial gain. By signing this waiver, participants agree and consent to the use of said likeness without being provided any compensation whatsoever.
5. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping aboard any Madison Trolley Company, LLC vehicle is expressly forbidden. Any participant who smokes or vapes may be discharged from the trolley at the nearest safe location where they become responsible for their own transportation.
6. Food and Beverages: Food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, are permitted aboard Madison Trolley Company, LLC vehicles in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 40-6-253(b)(2) and any other provision of Georgia law.
a. If a participant cannot establish their legal age, appear intoxicated, are deemed to pose a safety risk, or are perceived as a risk of creating a negative experience for other participants, Madison Trolley Company, LLC reserves the right to deny participants from possessing or consuming food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
7. Illegal Drugs: The possession and use of illegal drugs aboard any Madison Trolley Company, LLC vehicle is expressly forbidden. Any participant who is found to be in possession of using illegal drugs will be refused boarding and may be discharged from the trolley at the nearest safe location where they become responsible for their own transportation.
8. Illegal Activity: Madison Trolley Company, LLC reserves the right to contact the appropriate authorities if it deems that any participant engages in illegal activity, creates a safety risk, or disrupts the experience of other passengers.
Liability and Safety
1. Liability Waiver: Prior to participating in our tours, each participant, or their parent/legal guardian must sign a liability waiver provided by Madison Trolley Company, LLC. Madison Trolley Company, LLC reserves the right to prohibit any participant who fails to sign a liability waiver from participating in its tours.
2. Personal Items: Madison Trolley Company, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or injuries incurred unless deemed by a court of law to be caused by its gross negligence.
Intellectual Property
1. Madison Trolley Company, LLC Property: All website content, including logos, text, images, and media, is the property of Madison Trolley Company, LLC and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
Modification of Terms & Conditions
1. Modification: Madison Trolley Company, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Governing Law
1. State of Georgia: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

1. Madison Trolley Company, LLC collects personal information including, but not limited to the following: Customers’ name, email address, phone number, and payment details.
a. Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages viewed.
2. Personal information may be used for processing and managing bookings, communicating updates and/or service changes, improving our website and services, legal compliance, and sending promotional communications (if opted into).
3. Occasionally, Madison Trolley Company, LLC may use personal images, likenesses, and recordings for training, marketing, promotional communications, and social media. Madison Trolley Co. does not use personal images and likeness without the express consent of its customers.
Third-Party Services
1. Madison Trolley Company, LLC utilizes Peek Pro for all online ticketing and booking operations. Madison Trolley Company, LLC uses Big House Payment Solutions for all other ticketing and booking operations. When making a reservation, your information will be shared with Peek Pro or Big House Payment Solutions to facilitate the transaction. Date Security
1. Madison Trolley Company, LLC implements industry-standard security measures to protect Customer data. Madison Trolley Company, LLC cannot guarantee that Customer Data will be completely secure from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or alteration. There is always a risk inherent in the electronic transmission and storage of information. Payment information is handled directly by Peek Pro or Big House Payment Solutions.
